Events The Events Committee is responsible for coordinating LCF's presence at local events such as the Winter Wonderland Concerts (January/February), the Sandstone Concerts (July/August) or the Artisan Market. There is a constant need for volunteer workers at our hosted events. Please consider joining our roster of helper volunteers!
Fundraising Committee The Fundraising Committee provides guidance and support for special events such as the Hootenanny. It cultivates donor relations and manages pledges. The committee also works with the Marketing and Communications Committee to create the annual and Spring appeal.
Scholarship Review Committee The Scholarship Review Committee meets at the end of the application season (March/April) to review and recommend scholarships for the upcoming enrollment year. The committee members are anonymous to all except the Committee Chair, who is on the Advisory Board as well, but does not share this information.
Grants Review Committee Made up of community peers, the Grants Review Committee reviews Community Support Grant applications (typically in September) and submits recommendations to the Advisory Board for awards. Grants are approved by the Advisory Board pending budget approval.
